§1 - Code of Conduct
  1. Show your fellow forum users respect.
  2. Stay on topic.
  3. Do not flame or troll.
  4. Do not post pornographic, racist or in other ways offending material.*
  5. No one has any out of character authority over anyone else.**
  6. Posts that deem a topic pointless will be removed. If you do not like a discussion or if you think the topic has been discussed enough to make you sick of it - simply do not post in the topic.
  7. If you consider a topic or post flame-bait, trolling, insulting or in any other ways rule-breaking you may report it using the report function.
  8. Naming and shaming is not allowed. If you have issues with another user PM's is the way to go. Should you experience harassment or similar you can anytime PM a moderator or admin about your concerns. Do note, however, that we can not punish anyone without proper evidence. Also note ** at the bottom of this sheet.

§2 - Registration
  1. Do not register with someone else's character's name.
  2. Guests may not view all forums or topics and are not allowed to post replies or new threads. They may not, for example, view the Events forum.
  3. In some forums only members of a user-group may read topics. To post you must be in a usergroup. Apply by simply clicking usergroups at the top, then picking the one that suits you the best.

§3 - Moderators and Administrators
  1. Moderation of the forums shall be un-biased.
  2. Moderators shall be examples to other forum users.
  3. Moderation such as locking a thread, removing a post or punishing a user must always be properly explained so there is no reasonable doubt of which rules that have been violated.
  4. The text of a moderation post must always be coloured red. Moderator's posts where the text is in any other colour but red are the moderator's private thoughts and discussion and he or she is not a moderator in that post. Moderation and discussing a topic shall be done in separate posts.
  5. Moderators may decide when a post breaks any of above mentioned rules. Administrators have the final decision if there should be a conflict.
  6. Moderators and Administrators must always act towards the best of the forums and the community.
  7. Heated discussions will be closely watched and Moderators will make sure they stay civil. However Moderators do not have the rights to lock a discussion unless it clearly breaks the rules.
  8. Deletion of threads will only happen if the original posted subject is clearly and without a question breaking the rules or if Moderators experience that there is no way the users can discuss the topic without breaking the rules.

§4 - Punishments
  1. Repeatedly breaking posting rules might lead to a withdrawal of posting rights for a limited amount of time or permanently.
  2. Users have the right to contact administrators or moderators if they feel unfairly treated and shall always receive a fair treatment.
  3. Other users but the punished user have no rights to know from the moderators what actions moderators have taken against a rule-breaker and why.
  4. If you think someone has been treated unfairly you have the right to ask moderators and administrators to investigate the matter again. Administrators decide when a punishment has been investigated enough.

*In character behaviour may be excepted from this rule.
**Moderator's and administrator's right to moderate the forums are excepted from this rule, however our jurisdiction is only these forums so we can not punish users for what they do IRL or in-game unless it can be proved to be linked to their activity here and is a serious enough matter.
