Register and apply to a usergroup that fits you to be able to see all categories and forums. This is a quick and easy process, all you have to do is click usergroups on the top bar and select the relevant group from the dropdown panel. The group moderator will accept you in shortly afterwards. There is no need to PM the group moderator as new applicants are regularly checked for.
